Unable to deactivate Trados 2015 to install it on my new laptop

Hello, 
 
 I have been using Trados 2015 but I changed my laptop and I have issues to download Trados 2015 from my portal onto my new laptop. I also an unable to deactivate de license from my profile and can't reset it either. Can you please help me to have my Trados license installed on my new laptop somehow? Also can you explain how to download the .exe file to my new laptop, I'm getting error messages so I'm just wondering if you guys support a 2015 product at all? It is a lifetime license so I feel like I shouldn't be penalized for not having purchased an upgrade since then.

 What happens when you try it? What browser did you use? Maybe try a different browser? 
 I just tried to download 2015 from your account and there was no problem so it would be helpful understand what happens when you try.
