Hello, I purchased Trados 2022 Freelance Plus, but I only have one license.
And I forgot to deactivate the license before I formatted my PC. And I can't reset the license anymore.
What should I do? Why I only have one license?
This shows you have two licences but have activated them both. You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
