Hello,
I would like to deactivate my license for 2015 Freelance Plus on an old computer and start to use it on a new one. When trying to deactivate it online, an error message shows up, when I tried to deactivate it offline, I also got a problem with generating deactivation authorization.
Can you please deactivate my license for me so that I can activate it on a new PC.
