how can i get my trados studio to work again after a i had a hard disc change in my computer

I bought a licence ( xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx)

SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus together with a friend so that we could each use it at eachothers house but i had a hard disc changed in my computer and now my trados is not working and when I try to activate it, I get a sign that says (there are no licences for the licence code that i have.
