Problem with Trados Studio desactivate/activate license

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an OK button.

I was trying to start working with Trados today, and I got this message:

"The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product." (screenshot in attachment)
I did not deactivate the license or made any change at all.
And the exactly same error happened last February.
Can you please help me asap as I need to work?
I would like to complain about this, because the same situation happened in February, I couldn't work for 2 days until they solved the problem and now the same thing is happening. I need to work. And this error can not happen.
