Dear Team, I receive the following error message when trying to open a file within Trados Studio 2021: Unexpected exception when initializing view part. I tried to resolve this issue according to several articles and documentation in your forums, such as this one and in: Repairing your installation of Trados Studio (sdl.com). Also, I tried to reset the windows view within Trados and tried to deactive the license or uninstall Trados (in order to reinstall it afterwards), but this is not possible. The following error message appears: Setup did not complete. Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version’s installer.Are there any further options to resolve this issue or would it be possible to log a support case?
