Can you help me retrieve my license for Studio Trados 2019 Freelance after my old computer broke?

Hello TRADOS Support Team,

 I need help with retrieving my license for Trados Studio 2019 Freelance version.

 The reason for this is that my old computer just broke after many years of use.

 Now I have a new computer and I need to activate my license here and I need your help to accomplish this.
