I can't reactivate my Trados Studio 2017 licence

Hello, 
 I went abroad for a while, deacrtivated my licence and reactivated in on a new computer while away. Now I am back home and would like to reactivate my licence on my old computer but I can't; it has been deactivated on the computer abroad and the number of licences appearing in use is "zero". However, when I ask for an activation certificate, the Trados website asks me for the installation ID. I went into my Trados software on my old computer but I can't see that ID anywhere. All I get is a popup saying that my licence has expired, and if I go to activate it by inputting the activation number I saw on the website, it asks me for the installation ID as well. 
 Can you tell me how to proceed?
