I am the System Administrator for a bunch of freelance Translators. I have 35 licenses and suddenly I can't deactivate any of the licenses. I click on offline deactivation and get an error message. Sometimes I don't get an error message, but get it on the next page when trying to generate the code. I have tried this over a course of 1 week and nothing is changing. We are using Trados 2017.

Sometimes I manage to get to the next page, but the moment I click on "Generate Deactivation Authorization Ticket", I get the following error message:
"An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."
