To help us understand what you know about please can you tell us wat you have tried already? Have you been to your account and deactivated it for example? Also good to tell us what version of Studio you are using?

Hi Paul! Your reaction is very much appreciated. I use Studio 2022. I have managed to boot my crashing laptop, deactivated the license by logging into my account and reused it on my new computer.
