Problem deactivating license to transfer to a new computer.

Question

Tried to deactivate it, then is gives an error and says that the activation code can't be found and to input it manually. Then when I try to copy /paste the activation code , it won't copy all of it into the field (apparently there can't be that many signs in that field, I can't insert any more manually, either). 
 
 When, on the same page as you sent me a screenshot of, I go to "Show activation code", it says "The activation code is: " (blank). 
 
 Then I tried to deactivate using the RWS licenses page and try the offline deactivation there. I get 
 An error has occurred
