Error 653 on license deactivation

Dear Customer Support, when trying to deactive the Studio (Professional Commuter 2019) licenses through the Trados License Manager on our server in order to upgrade them to the new license version 2021 (allready bought). We are getting the error code 653. As instructed in your Knowledge Base article 000013421 we are contacting you through this support web form in order to get the licenses deactivated an continue with the license upgrade process. Thanks in advance for your help.
