License deactivation on- and offline failed

I need to transfer my license trados studio 2021 to a new computer. 

Online deactivation failed. 

Offline deactivation failed as well, error message says there is a problem and ending link sends me to this forum. 

I appreciate a quick resolution as my workflow is fully stopped due to this issue.

Several similar queries offered no fix, just always a promise to be contacted by support for resolution.
