Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338 shuts down when opening a PDF file without any warning. It happens all PDF files in any projects. What sould I do? I know CAT tools work less efficient with PDFs but Trados should be able to handle the files. I want to use the Converter function and recognise PDF text as well as the IRIS optical recognition system because the PDF file I want to translate contains pictures with texts as well. However, I cannot do all of that becase Trados shuts down as soon as I open the file for translation.

Any suggestions why does it keep happening?
