License deactivated on old computer but RWS account still shows "in use"

Hello,

I deactivated my Trados 2021 license on old computer but RWS account still shows "in use". When I try to activate it on my new computer, it says "no licenses are currently available for the specified activation code." Same message is shown on the old computer so now I'm unable to use my licence anywhere! RWS support takes forever to reply so anyone knows how I can resolve this issue myself since I can't count on them to resolve this any time soon?
