I haven't got the correct code number to upgrade from trados 22 to 23 on my main computer. I have been able to do it on my laptop but the code number I have on my account does not work on my main computer. Could you supply the code number. I have paid for the upgrade and I expect I am entitled to upgrade my two computers ! Thank you for your help.
There is no Trados 2023 version, as our latest version is Trados 2022, so you must mean something else. Do you perhaps mean you would want to upgrade from your current Trados 2022 Freelance license to Trados 2022 Freelance Plus so as to have two activations? Your current Trados 2022 Freelance license allows for activation on only one PC at a time. You can of course move the license in case you get a new PC, but to have two activations on two different devices at a time, you would need Freelance Plus.
