Hello dear Trados support team
I would like to move the current licences from the portal to the Trados Server Licence.
Im trying to do an offline activation and deactivation of a Network License so that I can activate it again on my Trados Server Licence.
Whenever try to do it Im receiving an error message when I click on the "Can´t activate online? - Get an offline Activation Certificat" option, the first step of the recommended process below I'm leaving the link I'm following.
The error says that "An email has been sent to support ..." and yeah I have a lot of them but not any answer from the support team.
