I have upgraded my license from 2019 Freelance Plus to 2022 Freelance Plus.
I want to use 2022 Freelance Plus.
When I try to deactivate my 2019 license I get a message saying "Login for this product key is restricted"
I have downloaded 2022 Freelance Plus but when I try to install it the progress bar for the License stops.
