I have no access to my license in any of my computers but my license is in use(license activation).

Question

Hi, I recently bought a new computer and deactivated my license from the old one. But when I tried to activate it, an error message saying "no licenses are currently available for the specified activation code" appeared. Now I am using the trial package. I don't know where my license is being used right now. Please help me fix this. Thank you!

 You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022. 
 Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
