Occurence of 2 errors in Trados 2021

Question

Hello, 
 I have two request to solve a few issues in Trados 2021 
 1. I keep having the error message box reading, &ldquo;Cannot find &lsquo;file ...:/Users/Name/AppData/Local/Te... Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.&rdquo; Please look at the screenshot that I have attached.

2. Also, I try downloading Analysis app, but it is not open with the error message below. I uninstalled and reinstalled the analyse app several times, the result was the same whenever I tried to open it.

 1. Please see if you can finalize creating the project if you click OK, see also Cannot find ‘file ...:/Users/Name/AppData/Local/Temp/.......html' Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.”

 2. Please make sure your Trados is up to date (check if there is an orange bell in the top right side of the screen) and that you installed the compatible version.
