Not able to reset license.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am not able to log in to my SDL Trados 2022.  I have been trying for weeks. I have the license but when I try to use it, there is an error.  Could you please reset it and make it work for me from your end?  I have really tried many times.  I have even sent a query about 3 weeks back.  Though I have Trados 2022, I have never been able to work on it due to these types of errors.  And I don't have my Trados 2017 anymore. So it is a very difficult situation. I would be really happy if you could help me.
