My studio 2015 upgrade result still in trial mode after 20 days!

During the trados virtual conference, I upgraded from 2014, payed, and received sdl's invoice, but still result in trial mode, and said that lack 8 days....

    Thank you for this and I apologies for the delay in replying.
    Please check if you can find your 2015 license in your SDL account. If not, you may need to follow the upgrade process.

    1. Connect to your SDL account
    2. Licenses > click Upgrades Available! Click here to upgrade your licenses ( yellow font )
    3. Upgrade > finish the upgrade process by processing upgrade

    At the end your 2015 will be visible in your SDL account under Licenses.
