I just bought Trados Studio 2022, but it does not show under my Licenses. All of the previous products I bought are shown (the latest Trados 2017). I received an invoice and it says that the payment has been processed. How can I activate it now?
Hello, same problem: bought a licence more than 1 month ago (I have an email confirming the payment etc.), but I have nothing under "my licenses"...plus I need to reset it, which is the impossible. Thanks to solve this problem quickly, I have a project to run and loose money!
