Can't deactivate my Trados Freelance 2022 subscription on my former computer (stopped working) to reactivate it on my new laptop

I bought just a few days ago a Trados Studio Freelance L1 - 12 month subscription, installed it on my previous computer that stopped working a few days later, and now I can't deactivate and reactivate my subscription on my new laptop. It says my Cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered computers for my subscription. Thank you for help. I have only been able to use it for a few days...
