I'm having trouble signing into Trados Studio which I just installed on my new computer (after deactivating on my old computer and activating on the new one).
I use a Trados Studio 2017 Freelance license.
I don't get an error message, but the "one moment" message below keeps showing.

There could be several reasons for this type of error.
Please check the below and try again:
1. Install any pending Windows Updates, restart the computer
2. Make sure Internet Explorer is updated
3. Check the security settings on your computer (antivirus, add-ons that might block websites, etc.)

For some reason, I was able to sign in after several hours.
