Yesterday I tried to upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance, but now the licence completely disappeared from my account. I just can see the licence from 2014 which is inactive. I urgently need to deactivate the licence in order to reactivate it on a different computer. Could you please assist as fast as possible?
