Hello, I launched Trados (studi 2022) the usual way this morning : lauched the application, went on the "non permanent tab" , clickk on the "activation button" and ok...then I get the message that "the licence was disactivated you need to activate it" and everything shut down..." Can you solve that problem as soon as possible.

One of your colleague contacted me yesterday (under the global support email adress), unfortunately his/her answer did not solve my problem at all:
told me to push the "activate button" to "activate" my licence...but the very original problem is that this does not work...I need someone at RWS to reset or re-activate my licence or something like that I guess
I replied him/her on the same global RWS support email adress to explain that : should I expect an answer? I'm on a big project and cannot work, losing time and money...
