Impossible to deactivate the license

Question

I just bought a new computer. I wish to deactivate my licence on the old computer in order to activate it on the new one.I cannot deactivate as I always get the message 
 
 THERE ARE MULTIPLE INSTANCES OF THIS APPLICATION RUNNING.CLOSE THE OTHER INSTANCES BEFORE DEACTIVATING THE LICENSE 
 
 Note that I am currently using Trados Studio on an other computer (actually 2 because I never could deactivate...) 
 
 Thanks in advance for your help.

 PS Sorry this problem happens again and again but I never could solve it except by a manual action by the assistance team...
