No Internet in Trados 2022

Question

Hi, 
 My Trados Studio 2022 displays the message below &ndash; No internet connection. I can't download any apps from the app store. How can I solve this? Thanks!

 This message may come and go, as it is impacted many times by local settings, such as Firewall, antivirus, internet service providers, etc.
