Messy account, who should I contact to fix it?

My company bought two licences for Trados 2022, but I can't seem to be able to access the new tools (e.g. Language Weaver): it's like my licence wasn't active. Moreover, when I log in my RWS Account, I can switch between two accounts: the account with my company email, which looks empty, and my company's account, that I shouldn't have access to. This is not the case for my colleague, who only sees the company's account. The company account is full of old members that use no SDL products anymore. Is there anything I can do personally to fix this situation, considering I am one of the administrators? Who should I contact to fix this messy situation?
