I'm just seeking a little advise from others who are using Trados 2022. I'm supporting a remote user, who is having issues with access Trados files remotely over a VPN connection.
the connection itself appears to be stable, but files keep causing Trados to go "Not Responding".
Does anyone else use Trados over VPN, or know if connection over VPN is supported?

Please ask the user to copy the files locally on his computer and see if everything works fine. If yes, the issue is caused by the current location of the files / the connection to it.

So just so I understand using a windows server / share where multiple users can access files via Trados is not supported?

Yes, that is correct, it can work just fine but it`s not supported.
