And also a note to the company on the need to reconsider their policies for existing clients who should not be forced to pay for a support and maintenance contract in addition to the cost of the TRADOS programme simply to get a functional and direct service instead of communicating via an online forum and being repeatedly advised to sift through existing Q&A before daring to formulate a question.
