Hello!
I deactivated the single-user licence on my main computer some time ago, thinking I would use it on my laptop while on holiday but this never happened. I have now been unable to reactivate it on my main computer. I have made several attempts on separate occasions. The message I receive is: 'Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact system administrator for assistance'. I would be grateful to Trados support for solving this issue as quickly as possible.
Please also note that I posted-or tried to post- a similar message about an hour ago, together with some (polite) suggestions on improving company policy, but that message seems to have disappeared so I am reposting it in the hope that this can be swiftly resolved.
