Cannot deactivate my license on old crashed computer online or offline due to the problem on your licenses website. Urgently need to activate the license on new computer to meet the deadline on beginnning this coming week. Kindly fix the problem ASAP, please!

What version of Studio are you using and why doesn't it work? Can you tell us what you are experiencing that makes you think it doesn't work? We might be able to help you today rather than you have to wait of the support team tomorrow if you explain what problems you are experiencing.

I'm using version 2021. Trying without success to deactivate the license on my old broken computer so as to be able to start using Trados on my new computer.
ok - as you still haven't told me anything about what the problem is...any messages etc. Here's the same old advice you've probably read already and it may not help!
You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I did follow the instructions carefully, but every time I click "Reset license" I get the following screen/reply:
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.
Please try reloading / refreshing this page."
Every time I try reloading, I get the same reply.
