I could not find any upgrades to Trados 2022 in your account. You only have an upgrade to Trados 2021, which can be processed from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses (click on the blue ribbon). The program can be downloaded from Products and Plans - Downloads.

Afterwards, you can purchase an upgrade to Trados 2022, if you want to, https://www.trados.com/store/ After finalizing the purchase, please follow the same steps as above to process your upgrade. Trados 2021 will continue to work as long as it is installed on the same PC as Trados 2022.

I tried to upgrade to trados 2021 on my new laptop but when I had to fill the field in the window with a number (I though the licence number) it says it is not correct. I only succeeded in downloading the trial version...Thanks for your help...

If by number you mean the quantity field, that should be 1, as you only have one upgrade to process.

No, I mean when you downloaded the product, there is a field to enter a numberr to activate the product (or the licence).

You have not yet processed the upgrade as described above, so which Trados version are you trying to activate? To activate Trados 2021 you would need to process the upgrade from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses and then the activation code for Trados 2021 will appear.

If this is related to Trados 2019, please let us know and we will reset the license for you so you can reactivate it.

In "Licenses" I can only see a long number which does not work when I am entering it in the field "activation code".

Could you tell me what the activation code looks like?

And I don't know if this is related to Trados 2019...
