Cannot deactivate Trados 2019 license

I want to move my Trados 2019 license to a new computer. The old computer is still operable. However, deactivating gave me various errors; currently it gives me "Revocation is already complete or revocation proof has been uploaded". On the web, trying to generate an offline deactivation certificate gives me "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.". Trying to reset my license on the web also gives me an error and the request to log a support request.

Incidentally, back in May, aid old computer crashed completely. I reinstalled and had to use "reset licnse" to free up a Trados license. That worked at the time. Maybe this is the reason that a further reset does not work now. I decided to buy a new computer because the old one has a thermal problem, so that's the reason for the "frequent" reinstalls.
