After clicking on "Can't deactivate online - activate offline" button, I get the following error message:
"An error has occurred
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.
Please try reloading / refreshing this page."
Sometimes I manage to get to the next page, but the moment I click on "Generate Deactivation Authorization Ticket", I get the following error message:
"An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, Please log a support request."
I also cannot Reset the licenses. I get the following error message:
"An error has occurred

I have 35 licenses in total that I use and assign to different translators. I had this problem about 3-4 weeks ago, it seemed resolved, but the problem is back. I was proposed to have all 35 licenses reset for me which seems to maybe be the only solution unless another one is found.
