My Trados Studio 2019 was suddenly deactivated but my account shows "1 in use." Currently no computer is using this Trados, but I cannot activate the license as the license is still in use (which is actually not). Online deactivation and reset failed too. Please help deactivate this license so that I can activate the license again and use Trados. Please help ASAP, as I cannot use Trados now and I am not able to work.
