My laptop broke and the technician replaced the motherboard before I could deactivate my license in Trados. Now, the laptop is restored but I am locked out from my Trados. I tried to reset my license but it didn't work. It shows that there is an error without further explanation on what to do next.

Hello, I have more or less the same problem. My computer had to be reinstalled, and I forgot to deactivate the copy of Trados on the device.
