Can't Reset License

Hi,

My laptop broke and the technician replaced the motherboard before I could deactivate my license in Trados. Now, the laptop is restored but I am locked out from my Trados. I tried to reset my license but it didn't work. It shows that there is an error without further explanation on what to do next.

Could you please reset my license so that I can reactivate on my laptop? Thank you very much.
