Reactivation impossible, error remains

Question

Trados SDL Studio 2019 showed an error after uploading a package. It was blocked and I could not enter again. I did deinstall the program in my computer and install it again. The same error appeared. I did uninstall the package on my computer, and all related programs, installed and reinstalled SDL Studio 2019 again. Same error message. The error message: Error al cargar el proyecto desde D:xxxxxxx. Error en el documento XML (5704, 63). Fin inesperado de archivo. Los siguientes elementos no est&aacute;n cerrados: Setting, SettingsGroup, SettingsBundle, SettingsBundle, SettingsBundles, Project. l&iacute;nea 5704, posici&oacute;n 63. 
 Please could you help me reinstalling the program.

Sorin, thank you so much. 
 The second one made me think. I do not store my projects on the computer, but on an USB. Even after deleting the file, the problem persisted. But when I removed the USB memory it did work. 
 I am back on work thanks to you.
