I need to install SDL Trados 2017 on a machine. I contacted support for this previously (Case 00796413) and was able to activate it by linking the license to the IP address. The problem is that a new IP address is generated with each new session, which means that I lose access to the license with each new login. Could you please help us link the license to the machine name instead? We tried this previously with your support and it did not work - the connection to the license server could not be established.
