I can't activate the Trados Studio 2022

I can't activate the Trados Studio 2022 v.17.0.6.14902 license. When I type the license code in Trados License Manager v.17.0.134, I get an error:

Trados Licence Manager

Provider error ocurred, code: 0.
Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.

Maybe the license needs to be deactivated first but when I try to deactivate it in RWS Account аfter clicking on "Can't deactivate online - activate offline" button I get another error:

An error has occurred
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

If I try to Reset the license I get another error:

Please help us somehow to activate Trados Studio 2022 so that we can perform our work tasks.

Тhe next day I checked in RWS Account and saw that the license was deactivated and that I had 1 available, then I started Trados License Manager and put the license number and then I got an error:

Оne or more errors occurred

I checked in RWS Account again and saw that the license is in In Use 1 status and it says that it is activated in the current date. Then I ran the same steps from the above message and got the same errors.

Can anyone please help me to activate Trados Studio 2022?

What to do?

Is there any other way to activate Trados Studio 2022?
