I can't deactivate my Trados 2017 license and install it on my new computer.

Question

Hi! I manage to deactivate my Trados 2017 offline with a workaround (Rename the file Studio.lic , e.g. to Studio_old.lic. at gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge , but I can't activate it on my new computer. 
 When I try to activate it on my new computer, I receive a message saying that the license is not available and when I go back to the old computer, I see a new Studio.lic in the folder and the license is still active . On my SDL Account the Activation state is Deactivation initiated. 
 Could anyone help me with this?
