Good evening, I am contacting you again because I want to deactivate a licence but I cant deactivate it through the web page, the offline deactivation button always returns an error, so if you could please deactivate it for us.

Also, is there any software or app that we could use to manage the activation/deactivation of the licences, something more robust than the manager in the web page, since we manage a good number of licences and it often yields error for us.
