Trados 2019 License - again ...

Due to hardware issues - installation of a new notebook after the old one failed hard - I contacted you on May 14 and asked for my Trados 2019 Freelance license to be reset.
You did this on May 15, the case No. was 00797756. After you reset the license, I again had one activation and one extra activation left, which suits me fine, as I am going to set up the old notebook, after it will have been repaired, as a spare machine.

I then activated Trados 2019 on the new notebook and then had 1 used activiation and one free extra activiation. So far so good.

Yesterday, I started Trados 2019 and got a "trial mode" warning. I thought that maybe my memory failed me and did not yet activate it, so I activated it (as it turns out, again).

The result is that I now have used up both my primary activiation and my extra acativation for activating Trados 2019 twice on the same device !? It is beyond me how that can be, I am an IT expert, this is a normal fresh Windows 11 installation, I always useds the same user ID, everything on this computer works fine - except for the Trados activation thing.

Could you please once more fix my license so that the extra activation becomes free again, so that I can set up the backup machine?

Also, please advise what to do next time if and when an already-registered Trados 2019 again warns me about an expiring trial period.
