How to get rid of the No internet connection notification

Question

As it&rsquo;s mentioned in this post: RE: I have a problem connecting Trados Studio with the internet although my internet connection is operating. A message pops up saying no internet connection. What shall I do? 
 I'd like to get rid of the No internet connection notification. I'm using the most updated version of Windows 10 and Trados Studio 2022 and no anti-virus, just the Windows Firewall and I don't know to add the exclusions rules mentioned here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0040151 I'd appreciate your help! Thanks!

I have since realised the links the KB brought you back to the Community whereas I thought it would raise a support case.
Support will update the KB links so in future you are not circling back round.

In the meantime they will update the original post.
