I can't open Trados 2021 in my new laptop after a successful installation

Please help!

I have finished installing my TrScreenshot of an error during Trados Studio 2021 SR2 installation. Multiple 'Cannot create' errors for files such as Customisation.dll, Log4net.dll, and others in the 'ProgramData Package Cache' directory.ados 2021 in my new device but I can't open it. Can you please help? I have a project at hand to translate urgently.  This is the error message I get when trying to re-install it. Here is my email Blessingndife25@gmail.com
