How to deactivate Trados 2019 so I can reactivate on a new computer, please?

My name is Paloma, I am a Spanish freelance translator and I am looking for help concerning my Trados Studio 2019 product. I used to have it (including license) on another computer and now I cannot activate my license on my new computer. Could you help me? I saw that I need to return my licence in order to activate it on the new computer. Is that correct? How do I do it? For now, I have downloaded Trados Studio 2019, and I am using the 30-daysTrial option (since I could not activate my licence). Thank you very much in advance for any help you can provide!!
