I need to do it online apparently.
I am unable to find my deinstalltaion ID. Where can I find it?

Hello Juliette Delattre ,
Please deactivate the license from Studio itself if you have access. Help view --> Product Activation --> Deactivate.
If you cannot do it like this, please log in to the RWS account with your email as user log in and follow this procedure:
