We want to transfer the SDL Trados Professional License to a new translator. Is it possible?

In order to activate the license on a new computer you need to deactivate it from the current one from Studio > Help > Product activation.
If that`s not possible try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
